The Goal

I led one of four workshops at redIQ’s annual all-hands. The workshop covered what AI was capable of, how tech companies and competitors were using it, what AI feature our product could support, and what would benefit our clients.

The Details

1. I researched what AI was capable of at that time, how tech companies were using it, and what our competitors offered.
2. I met with AI engineers, product, sales, and customer teams to learn what each needed and what our tech stack could support.
3. I built a presentation comparing those findings against our product.
4. I led a workshop where the teams weighed options and agreed on one feature to upgrade with AI.
